I was born into a Punjabi family and Punjabi families are foodies by nature - they love to cook and eat together. Random guests are the most welcome to the table! We believe that every grain of rice has somebody’s name written on it.

I was brought up in both India and the UK and I feel very connected with both cultures. I love to laugh as much as I love to cook, so bringing friends together for a curry night is one of my favourite things to do.

Growing up, I often visited the temple, where I learnt how to do 'Seva' which means 'selfless service'. One of my fondest memories is of making hundreds of rotis in the kitchen, to be served to the temple visitors after prayers.

In 2016, I started venturing out of my home kitchen and I now hold regular Indian events at hotels and restaurants in Zug. I also cater for private home events, and host cooking classes. I just love to cook!

For Christmas in 2019, a friend surprised me with some Tiffin containers. It was her way of telling me what I should be doing – supplying Indian food to everybody in a Tiffin. That was the beginning of #TiffinThursdays.

I offer homemade food with your name written on every grain of rice!
